Meet the Founder

Elite Pathways was founded by Rosealee Bartholomew (B Comm), in 2016.

Rosealee commenced recruiting in the accounting industry in 2009 and worked and trained with one of the largest global recruitment firms.

Prior to this, Rosealee commended her career in the Accounting profession, where she worked for 4 years as an SMSF Accountant and Paraplanner.

Prior to this, Rosealee represented Australia as a track cyclist for 10 years, winning a number of national and international events.

Rosealee brings the traits she learnt from Elite Sport to the working environment being drive, focus, commitment and confidence.
